About Gail
Gail Thompson Moorhouse is a dynamic nonprofit leader, strategist, and founder of Recharge Solutions. Gail brings over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, nonprofit governance, and strategic planning. She recently completed a 6-month term at the Peterborough and Kawartha Chamber of Commerce, where she led organizational change, refreshed the strategic plan, created and implemented an operations plan, and guided the annual audit process. Now back with her clients at Recharge Solutions, Gail empowers nonprofit boards and executive teams to lead through disruption with confidence and clarity. Her workshops are known for their blend of strategy, practicality, and real-world insight—served with a side of humour and humanity.
